Marissa

I started working at Littke Valley two years ago. I had just left a car dealership and was working summers at a racetrack. I had figured out that the dealership was not meant to be my place in the car world. I have always been interested in cars, and I knew that I wanted to find a space in the car industry that felt right. I get my love of cars from my mom. My dad, my brother, and I have learned a lot from her over the years. I bought my first car when I was 14, fixed it up and insured it for my parents to drive by 15, and finally got my license at 16. When I found the job opening for a receptionist at the shop, I was over the moon excited. I would get the chance to get into a new area of the industry and learn about what collision repair has to offer. Two years in, I have decided I want to be an estimator! I have started training part time, and there is nowhere else I would like to be! I get to work with some very cool, creative, smart, and talented people and I get to help customers navigate a very frustrating situation by making the process as smooth and painless as possible. One of my favorite parts of my forever-changing job is seeing my customers faces when they get to see their vehicle in the same shape as the day they bought it. I’m beyond excited for what the shop and industry have in store for me next!
